    Description

This Kangra valley tour will take you to the less tread-ed, yet two amazing experiences. Both the halves of this tour are complete in itself. In this unique tour, we combine and take you to explore the quaint Andretta Artistic’s Village where you will try hands on pottery, and understand all about Tea which is the world’s second most loved drink after water!

Andretta Pottery is the India’s oldest pottery studio that came into being after famous Irish actress and artist Norah Richards decided to make this small village of Andretta as her home. Later, she was followed by notable artists – Sardar Shobha Singh and B.C. Sanyal. The village is itself set in beautiful open Kangra valley with the mighty Dhauladhar range in the backdrop.

Kangra valley, especially the town of Palampur, is known for it’s special Kangra tea. We experience a tea tour right at the heart of a premium tea estate. We will know how a bush of tea is turned into a cup of tea.

We will explore the tea garden area, understand various processes involved, and go tea-tasting. We will try making traditional styled tea and enjoy it over the High-Tea that sums memorable day.
