Overview
The Everest, region is one of the most famous tourist destinations in Nepal , which is famous for its fantastic mountain peaks and the beauty on the hills. Most of the places to this spot go through ridges and trails, but you would have ample space to rest and have meal on your way. And one of the best things about this place is that you don’t have to worry about being lost, as you can ask anybody for the next village. The people here are very friendly and offer help and support even to strangers. The people who live here are mostly shepherds and understand English; some even speak it fluently.

You can come to this destination all around the year as people trek in all seasons; however the best time to come to this area is between March to mid may and between Septembers to mid November.

NOTE:- Normally we expect to carry your personal luggage on your own, if you don’t want to carry your backpack so you can give it to porter, but you have to inform us in advance and have to pay extra.

Cancellation Policy
Up to 30 Days:- 70% of Trek/adventure program cost will be refunded.
Between 21 - 30 Days:- 50% of Trek/adventure program cost will be refunded.
Between 20 - 11 Days:- 20% of Trek/adventure program cost will be refunded.
Less than 10 Days:- No refund.

Any additional costs due to weather / unforeseen situations, will have to be borne by the traveller.
Our team reserves the right to change the plan in case there is danger involved for the group or whenever the trek leader deem it necessary.
Final word of the trek leaders will have to followed by all the members.
No show and trek changes/cancellation due to bad weather or natural calamity will be non-refundable.

Hotels / Tourist Lodges, Tea-House / Bhattis

Day No: 1
ARRIVAL IN KATHMANDU: Our staffs will be at airport to pick up you to the Hotel. Introduction with guide and short briefing about the trek. Our guide will also check clients’ equipments and recommend to purchase or rent gear.

Day No: 2
FLY TO LUKLA & TREK TO PHADING (2650 m.): Early in the morning, wake up for the flight to Lukla via twin otter. You can see panoramic mountain views from the aircraft. Within 25?30 minutes, we will land in Lukla, where we meet our Sherpa staff and Yaks for baggage. After having breakfast and preparing all gear, trek starts towards Phakding. Today is short easy and gentle walking start from the north end of Lukla, steeply down and runs above the village of Chaurikharka, where you can see the school founded by Sir Edmund Hillary. Within 45 minutes from Lukla, you will be in Cheplung Village. From Cheplung you can see the roaring Dudhkoshi River. Trail slightly descends down, cross the suspension bridge; see the nice view of Kusumkangru(6367 m). After short climb, the trail enters the Mani walls carved with Tibetan mantras, praying wheels and praying flags. Finally the trail leads you to Phakding village with numerous lodges lined along the street.

Day No: 3
PHAKDING TO NAMCHE (3,440 m.): Today is a little longer walk. We continue walking along the bank of DudhKoshi River, on the way you will pass different lodge, local bhattis (porter rest house), the trail climb up to Toktok village and continue steep climb. After the village, you will see the magnificent glimpse of Thamserkue Peak (6608 m). Within one and half hour from Phakding you will be in village called Benker, where you can see the enough lodge for trekkers. Continue walking from Benker on the way you can see the forest of rhododendron and fir. The trail goes steep from Chumoa to Monjo. Monjo is a nice village with lodge and local houses. You can see Gompa, school and vegetables fields. After having lunch in Monjo continue walking towards our today’s destination Namche. Just above the Monjo there is check-point of Sagarmatha National Park. Guide will arrange all entry process in National Park office. Now the trail descend down, cross the suspension bridge, gentle walking to Jorsalle. After Jorsalle, re- cross the Dudhkoshi River over suspension bridge and follow the river bank. Namche is yet 2 hours far, where the walk is little bit tough. It is Zig-zagging ascent through the pine forest. Never rush while going up; in every step you are gaining the height, so there is a risk of altitude sickness. Climb slowly and drink enough water.

Day No: 4
ACCLIMATIZATION DAY AT NAMCHE - HIKE TO KHUMJUNG VALLEY (3970 m.): Today is our acclimatization day. To adjust with high altitude and to avoid the AMS in further trail acclimatization is required for every trekker who wants to conquer their goal safely. We hike to Khumjung- the green valley, not because of tree but because of green roof of local houses. On the way, we will visit Namche Museum, where you can see the cultural, religious and some fact of mountains and climbers of Everest region. Cross Syanboche airport, the airport in the highest in the world. While going further ahead you will see the breathtaking view of Mt. Amadablam and others mountains. Few minutes further walking you will be in Everest View Hotel, from where you can see the magnificent view of Mount Everest and Lhotse. Slightly descend down to Khumjung valley and visit Sir Edmund Hillary's school and hospital at Khumjung and walk down to Namche.

Day No: 5
NAMCHE TO TENGBOCHE (3840 m.): After Breakfast, slowly start to walk towards north leaving the Namche behind. Trail runs straight through the sloppy hills, somewhere covered with pine and Jennifer’s tree. Crossing different Mani walls and chortens, you will be in Sansa within 1 hour. From Sansa, the trail gradually descends, crossing some smoky tea houses. On the way you can see the thumb like view of Amadablam. No sooner you cross the suspension bridge; you will be in PhunkiTenga, where you will recharge your energy for next steep climb towards Tengboche. After having lunch, fill up your water bottle and ready to navigate uphill. While climbing up gradually inside the Rhododendron forest, it is as if you are playing a Hide and Seek game with different peaks. Drink enough water and continue moving slowly, the trails bring you at one of the magnificent place of your trip. Don't be confused, towering big mountains in front of you are Mt. Everest (8848 m) and Mt. Lohtse (8501 m). Beside this Tengboche offers the breathtaking view of Kwangde (6187 m), Twachee(6542 m), Amadablam(6812 m) Nuptse(7879 m), Kangtega and Thamserku. Enjoy the view, capture the photos and relax in the sunlight. In the evening involve in the praying ceremony at Tengboche Monastery.

Day No: 6
TREK TO DINGBOCHE: Wake up early in the morning and capture some magnificent views of the mountains, have breakfast, gear up and get ready to move towards Dingboche. First the trail gradually descends down to Deboche through the forest of Birches, Conifers and Rhododendron. The continuing path inside the forest leads you to ImjaKhola, cross the steel bridge and continues walking up hill towards Pangboche Crossing different stupa along the route; you will be in Pangboche within one and half hour from Tengboche. Pangboche offers enough lodges for trekkers. In the upper part of the village there is oldest Monastery of Khumbu, founded by Lama Sange Dorje in the 17th century. Follow the path of ImjaKhola, the trail slightly steep up to Somare, where we have our lunch. Continue the trial along with ImjaKhola, the trail leads you to the small bridge over KhumbuKhola, cross the bridge and climb for around 1 hour, you will be in Dingboche, the beautiful village with enough lodges for trekkers. The views are great from Dingboche. You can see Island Peak, Makalu and another face of Amadablam.

Day No: 7
ACCLIMATIZATION AND HIKE TO NAGAKARSANG (5090 m.): Acclimatization in Dingboche is mandatory for every trekker like at Namche. After breakfast, slowly start to scale the Nagakarsang Hill. The view is breathtaking from the hill. You can see different glacial lakes and some of the bests view from Nagakarsang. You can also see the Makalu (8463 m), fifth highest mountain peak of the world. After hiking 2-3 hours you can back down to Dingboche. In the evening explore the Dingboche village.

Day No: 8
TREK TO LOBUCHE: We continue our journey from Dingboche through the high alpine region to Luboche. Gradually uphill trail leads you to Dhukla, within 2 hours. Before reaching Dukla you have to cross the small glacial stream. Have short rest and lunch to gain more energy for coming tough walking. The trail is directly up Dukla for about one hour but the magnificent view of Cholatse, Lobuche, Pumori and Nuptse gives you more pleasure. At the top of the ridge you can see the memorials of climbers who lose their lives in mountains. Continue walking towards Lobuche, the perfect peak Pumori (7165 m) soars into view with whistling air, makes you feel cooler. When you are in Lobouche you will feel completely different. Symptoms of high altitude may occur on you; drinks enough hot water and garlic soup.

Day No: 9
LOBUCHE TO EVEREST BASE-CAMP AND BACK TO GORAKSHEP: As usual after breakfast, start to trek towards Gorakshep. The first section of the trail goes through the narrow gap between the glacial moraine and the mountain wall. After rounding the bend you will get the first views of Kala-Pathar (5545m). This dark mound of mountains provides the best view of Everest and the massive mountains range. We can see Khumbu Glacier along the way to Gorakshep. After having short rest and lunch in Gorakshep, process towards Everest Base Camp. Though it looks close it takes around 2 hours to reach there. Spend some time at the EBC (Everest Base Camp), take pictures of different mountains and giant Khumbu glacier and return back to Gorakshep. You can see lots of expedition tent and groups at Everest Base Camp during expedition period in spring. Next day our goal is Kalapathar top. To night before going to bed your guide will give you time for next morning and instruction for necessary gear. It’s better to be in Kalapathar top before sunrise.

Day No: 10
EARLY MORNING CLIMB KALAPATHAR (5,545m.) AND BACK TO PARICHE: Early in the morning, fill up your water bottle and proceed towards Kalapathar. The way is straight line up up from Gorakshep along the grassy ridge. With the help of your torch light, move continually towards the summit. The more you go up the more you feel cooler. Views are fantastic and breathtaking from the top. It takes around 2 hrs to reach the top. After spending few minutes at the top. The Everest from this point looks closer than you will imagine. The chilling atmospheres push you back down to Gorakshep. Have breakfast and proceed down to Pheriche, which is at the bottom of Nagakarsang hill, back side of Dingboche.

Day No: 11
PERICHE TO NAMCHE: After you have already reached your final destination the previous day, your cumbersome trekking time is almost over. You have done the Everest Base Camp trek and a lot of Himalayan treks. From this day onwards, you would have pleasant and easy walks throughout. You will be heading downwards to lower elevations. The walk is similar all the while to Thugla. After you reach the ridge, you would follow the stream and start traveling towards Pheriche valley. After a walk of around 40 minutes you reach the valley floor. You can take another one hour of easy and simple walk to reach Pheriche which is at 4,243 m. You trek down the slope to reach Namche bazaar. Once you reach here, the walk for the day is over and you would spend the night in guest houses and enjoy the local meals.

Day No: 12
NAMCHE TO LUKLA: This is the last day of your trekking in Nepal. Today you would have a good walk to Lukla. You can take your time and relax on your way. You would also take beaks to enjoy the natural beauty on the way. There will be a few up hill climbs but you will manage it very easily. The lush green beauty and forests will take your pain away. After this easy walk you would reach Lukla. This will be your last day with the Sherpas and other crew members, so you would like to enjoy the day with a delicious dinner and a few drinks.

Day No: 13
FLY BACK TO KATHMANDU: On this day you would have to wake up early as the flights to Kathmandu are generally scheduled in the morning. This is because during daytime, the weather is generally windy and there might be a delay in the flight timings. However you expect a slight delay in you r early morning flight as well if the weather is not suitable. As you make your way through the security checks and your flight takes off from Lukla airport, you would have a magnanimous view of the surrounding. Consider yourself lucky if you manage to get a window seat as you would take about 45 minutes to reach Kathmandu.

Day No: 14
REST DAY / SHOPPING: Finally you can relax and relive those amazing days by checking out on photos, catching up with your family and friends back home. You can take your time out shopping in the capital city.

Day No: 15
DEPARTURE FROM KATHMANDU: After you have visited Kathmandu for a day, you are prepared to depart from Kathmandu, Nepal. You have by now enjoyed the panoramic view of nature, mountains and rivers. You will be transferred to the International airport by your hotel’s taxi or the one you have arranged yourself. And this would mark your departure after an excellent trekking in Nepal.
